A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the creative director of a national nonprofit based in Chicago.
What challenge were you trying to address with P3 Mediaworks?
We’ve relied on P3 Mediaworks for a variety of video projects. These projects typically have to do with communicating and brand messaging.
What was the scope of their involvement?
In the beginning, they consulted with us to understand our business goals and target audience. Then, their creative team would come up with strategic ideas for our communications.
Now that I’ve worked with them for so long, I can just give them a project scope for a video and trust that they’ll give me a final product as per the required specs.
What is the team composition?
I’m usually in touch with my primary point of contact. The team size fluctuates depending on the size of the assignment, but I suspect that the tasks are delegated to their vast team.
How did you come to work with P3 Mediaworks?
I believe I found them through a Google search for “production management companies in Chicago.” When I spoke to them over the phone, I was so taken with Curtis (Co-Owner) and his company that I immediately hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We bill them on an individual project basis. We spend around $15,000 per project.
What is the status of this engagement?
The partnership began in February 2010 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
While I can’t provide any specific metrics, their output has been effective in promoting our products or encouraging donations. Whenever we launch a video produced by P3 Mediaworks, we always receive excellent feedback. We’ve never had a negative experience while working with them.
They’ve demonstrated how much they value relationship-building. Even though they’re bound to have other projects with many other clients, they always treat me like I’m the only one that matters. I appreciate how truly customer-oriented they are.
How did P3 Mediaworks perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re super detailed in outlining their scope of work. They also excel at defining and adhering to a timeline. They’re extremely transparent with what they do, from quoting to managing and scheduling. As far as communications go, I can just email or hop on the phone with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really understand our organization and its values. They’re also extremely flexible with their budgeting; they’re able to work with whatever our budget is without sacrificing quality in the slightest. We’re very grateful for that since we’re a nonprofit with budgetary constrictions.
I’d also highlight their creativity. They’re able to provide a fresh, competitive edge to ordinary or common concepts.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I really don’t think so.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d just give them a shot. Companies and professionals get too hung up on choosing the right provider. With P3 Mediaworks, they should just go for it.
Often adhering to budgetary constraints, P3 Mediaworks unfailingly executes stellar work. Over the course of the decade-long relationship they’ve fostered, they’ve always paid undivided attention to the client’s needs and challenges. They’re distinguished by their organization and customer orientation.
