Project management is done at a very high level. Communication is timely and responsive. I rarely/if ever have to follow-up and ask if something is being handled. Kassie is on top of things and organized and keeps it all straight. And Matt is incredibly talented with SEO and has really helped our content shine and perform much better than it would've without his efforts and expertise. Their communication was spot on! They laid things out and shared exactly what we could expect and the timeline in which we could expect it. They pushed us outside our comfort zone in deadlines and what we needed to accomplish and although rocky while in the project, looking back I appreciated it and wouldn't have wanted it any other way. As I mentioned, they provided us the tools to tell our story and then showed us the best way to do that. Anytime we had questions or concerns, they were there to answer them and help us through it all. If we couldn't do it via email, we would set up a call and they could talk us through it.

Our account representative is fantastic with managing the various projects. Everything has always come in within budget and on time, unless there has been a major delay on our part. I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere. The quality of work is great, too. There have been a couple of projects where we were upgrading the Sitecore system; we had to upgrade from Sitecore 6.1 to 6.5. That upgrade was completely flawless. Projects never come in early and under-budget; that never happens. I feel very confident in working with them, and that’s largely why this year we’re jumping into such large projects with them. They have a proven track record with us.

The set of requirements that we crafted ourselves ended up being relatively incomplete, which would have caused issues with scoping and deployment.
