We hired Skill Mammoth Digital to design and implement a complete end to end automation system using Make to streamline our internal workflows.

The scope included analyzing our existing processes, mapping automation logic, building scenario structures in Make, integrating required applications, and deploying a fully operational automation infrastructure. The system was expected to handle multiple conditional flows, variable mapping, data processing, and multi step actions across platforms.

Key deliverables included:

• Full automation architecture design

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary measurable outcome was the deployment of a working automation system in Make that executed defined workflows across our internal processes.

However, during internal testing, we identified technical inconsistencies and structural inefficiencies that required additional revisions. System accuracy during live runs was not consistently reliable, and further optimization was needed to improve execution speed and reduce credit consumption.

As a result, while the automation infrastructure was delivered, it required significant post delivery corrections and restructuring to achieve the intended performance standards.

The initial timeline communicated for the project was approximately two weeks. However, the actual delivery extended to nearly two months.

There were repeated delays in deliverables, and milestones were not consistently met within the originally discussed timeframe. Communication around revised deadlines and fixes was not always clear or predictable.

After delivery, our internal team identified multiple errors during testing and documented them across 16 pages. While some revisions were attempted, several issues were not fully resolved despite being shared multiple times.

Overall, their project management lacked structured milestone tracking, proactive updates, and thorough QA before final delivery.

At the outset, they showed confidence in delivering a complete automation solution and were open to handling a technically detailed project scope.

management and clearer milestone tracking would have helped ensure expectations were aligned from the beginning.

More rigorous internal quality assurance before delivery would have significantly reduced post delivery revisions. Proactive communication around delays and technical challenges would also have improved transparency.

From a technical standpoint, a more optimized system architecture using best practices in Make, including efficient module structuring and resource management, would have improved performance and reduced unnecessary credit consumption.

More strategic guidance on the overall automation design and long term scalability would have added greater value to the engagement.

The measurable outcomes that we discussed were seeing the amount of outreach that my company produces. For example, I usually send approximately 4-10 emails/linkedin messages per day. With his suggestions, I will be able to invest into new Ai software that can help me send over 100 emails/messages a day and can have personalized touch on these instead of just a typical spam message. Great information!

Skill Mammoth designed and set up a system to allow homeowners to enter the square footage of their roof or use Google Maps to get the roof size. Then, they were able to get an instant quote delivered to them by email. Skill Mammoth set up all the embed codes, and I forwarded them to my website team, who added them easily to the website.

Alex met with me for an hour and reviewed all of my processes for my coaching consulting business.  He looked at the software and applications I was using for every aspect of my business, including the sales, marketing, and accounting functions.  He then created an awesome Transformation Blueprint, along with the super cool Miro Whiteboard that showed me how to implement his ideas and recommendations.  He sent me both documents PLUS a video of him explaining everything.  To a non-techie that was SO valuable, and he anticipated all of my questions.
