I can definitely tell that they have the latest information in front of them. One of the things I really, really like is that anytime that they present me with a concept or an idea, or any sort of presentation, you can tell it’s been vetted internally. It’s something that you could essentially take for granted, but I really don’t. It’s always a very client-ready product. It’s top-notch. I can’t think of one example where there was a dropped-ball on their side. If anything was delayed, it was because I or my team didn't deliver on time. They were always on deadline or before. I always felt confident that we were on track and that they had our best interests in mind. Our company uses Teams, and we’d just gotten away from Slack. Killer didn’t normally use Teams but they adapted to our methodology.
