BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Isla Vista Food Delivery, a food courier service based out of Isla Vista, CA. I began as a one person shop running deliveries myself and today oversee a team that services almost all of the venues in Isla Vista!

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowstate Creatives, and what were your goals?

We hired the FS team for search engine marketing as we needed a way to compete with other delivery services, including some large national ones, despite our smaller budget. Our goal was to expand our customer base and grow revenue.

How did you select Flowstate Creatives and what were the deciding factors?

They had great reviews here so I gave them a call! Once I spoke with them I felt that I connected with their team really well and I thought they understood my needs and challenges as a small local business

Flowstate helped me with my campaign setup, keyword research, they helped me make ads and handle the bidding process so that my business appears in Google when people are searching on how to get their favorite restaurants delivered!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with one account manager there, I think there were a few others on the team in supporting roles but I didn't interface with them any, it was easy and nice to have a single dedicated point of contact

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I would estimate that I am seeing 30% more orders ever since I started working with Flowstate and more of my customers are telling me that they found me in Google

We did everything over phone calls and email, it was very convenient and my account manager is very responsive

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their creativity and their willingness to meet me at my level and understand the challenges I have running a local business are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. They are great!

We needed to update and freshen our website and move it to the next level. Aaron and his team did a great job of learning about us and proposing a cost effective plan for us to realign the website, keeping some elements that worked for us and suggesting some great additional elements that have made the site significantly more inviting.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to freshen and update our site.

Flowstate creatives was recommended by another one of our vendors and after a few meeting with our site design companies, Flowstate was the one that actually listened to our needs and direction.
