I’m the COO of a consumer packaged goods company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Add3?

We wanted performance marketing services where the return on ad spend (ROAS) could be easily measured and we could scale domestically and internationally.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Add3 helps us with our digital marketing. They’ve worked on our social media marketing, Google Ads, and Bing ads. The team uses Quantcast for programmatic purposes and provides us with a daily dashboard. We have meetings to set up monthly and market targets, and they manage our money to hit the performance goals we’ve set for them.

The team also has a ten-page dashboard where they check the goals for the month and look individually at each of our digital channels.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with everyone from the CEO on down. On a daily basis, we deal with the team leader and four other people who specialize in different areas, like search, social, programmatic, and SEO.

How did you come to work with Add3?

I knew Add3 was one of the industry leaders in Seattle, and that they focused almost entirely on getting their clients the highest ROAS possible. I also knew other people that had worked with them and got very good results. 

I was very impressed during the interviewing process by their work methodologies on how to get returns for their clients. 

How much have you invested with them?

We started spending with them in March 2020 around $30,000 a month. Currently, we spend upwards of $400,000 monthly. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in January 2020, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have very specific ROAS and click-through rate (CTR) metrics that are primary drivers for us. Add3 has been able to deliver fantastic results and has exceeded all of our expectations.

We’ve also been able to extend to over four international markets, including the UK, the EU, Mexico, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. It’s been a really good experience and it has helped our business tremendously. 

How did Add3 perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is great and pushes us most of the time to deliver JPEGs and GIFs and other creative assets. They set up a lot of our digital strategies and tactics around what we do. We have daily and weekly calls and know what’s going on all the time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team does a really good job of understanding how to get the performance right. The very detailed work they do making adjustments that increase performance on a real-time basis is what makes them very successful. Another impressive aspect would be the great teamwork that allows them to get the desired results. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The team is great at providing services domestically, but they could expand their areas of opportunity internationally and expand their horizons. For instance, we are going to start operating in China, and it would be nice to be able to work with them in that market as well. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There are many businesses that offer branding and graphic design services, and Add3 is not one of them. If you’re looking for a performance marketing group and want returns on your ad spend, they are the ones you should talk to.
