I am the founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency that helps retail-focused brands reach more customers on Amazon.

For what projects/services did your company hire Easy Breezy Content?

We are using Easy Breezy Content to help create content that is focused on our ideal client. This includes the recording, editing, and posting of content on multiple channels including our blog, Youtube, and social channels.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had used content creation companies in the past, but we felt that they never really had our "voice" and it wasn't us behind the content. We also had tried to do it in-house, but it always seemed to get pushed to the back burner and wasn't done consistently.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

It's really simple. We have a bi-weekly recording session with someone from the Easy Breezy Content team on a topic that is either top of mind in our industry or with our prospects. This takes no more than an hour between ideation and recording. From their, the Easy Breezy Content team does all the rest. They transcribe the video into an edited blog post for our website and edit it into long-form and short-form clips for Youtube and social channels (LinkedIn, FB, etc) respectively.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We primarily deal with Russell Morgan, the founder and CEO of the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen consistent, steady engagement on all of our posts that Easy Breezy content posts. Also, the views of our Linkedin profiles went through the roof. The real success though is harder to measure and comes from prospects in our funnel who engage with our video, or others who say they know that we are the ones to talk to about Amazon purely from our videos.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely easy. We literally just show up for the bi-weekly call which is always on the same day and time making it a part of our regular routine.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How easy they are to work with and how they take all of the heavy lifting out of creating authentic, consistent content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. Looking forward to continuing to work with them.
