We found them through a Google search. We worked with one of their competitors, the biggest SEO company in Houston. They were good for a while, but we fired them because they messed up the whole website and marketing launch. While we were firing them, we interviewed half a dozen companies and thought Funnel Boost Media would be the best for us.

We've spent between $120,000–$150,000.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Funnel Boost Media, we're selling more than we've ever sold before. For example, we've ever done well with a big insurance company. Year after year, we had been their silver partners, which was already impressive for a company our size. Still, not only are we gold partners now but my sales manager, who is a national account representative and the person who runs three states of sales, is taking me out because they've never had an agency our size sell as much as we have.

Through the collaboration of Funnel Boost Media driving leads and my staff closing those leads, we've produced more than any other agency has produced in 10–20 years. Ultimately, those results translate into bonuses and money. The bonuses I've gotten this year from that insurance company probably pay for 30%–40% of the marketing we spend money on. This year, we're probably going to sell to 50–70 new businesses — we've never done that before.

We had never spent this much money on marketing before. Not counting the sponsored search results, we've increased our positioning to the top 10 results in all areas, as well as the top five in Houston and Dallas. We're getting back on the map, and as a result, we will get more business. Funnel Boost Media has made all that possible for us.

When working with our older company, our rankings just kept dropping because they were charging us for work but didn't actually do it. However, Funnel Boost Media cares about the results, and as a result, we've watched them grow as we've grown.

How did Funnel Boost Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Funnel Boost Media is really collaborative. The account manager and both partners have been very instrumental in building a plan, and whenever we have hiccups, they have a good team with a lot of knowledge that helps us. For example, we were stuck with the issue of our PPC costs being too high. However, Manuel and two or three other teammates have worked on it, and it is much better now.

Moreover, Manuel and his team are really responsive. If we need to talk to them once a week, once a month, or once a day, they're always there to help us. Every marketing project has its challenges, and they never go well on the first try. Still, when we bring them challenges, Funnel Boost Media creates solutions — we can't ask for anything else.

Funnel Boost Media never avoids us; they always get on the phone, are always pleasant, and manage things like clockwork. Additionally, they never mess up our weird marketing schedule. We communicate via email and phone calls.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Overall, Funnel Boost Media is great, and their owners are great, but Manuel is awesome. He cares about our business, which I really appreciate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Funnel Boost Media works well with our outside technical people. We have to be compliant with HIPAA, and they work well with our HIPAA experts. They deal with them in different time zones, and we've never had any problems.

Moreover, Funnel Boost Media really cares. They're very nice to their employees, and that energy is felt in their office. When companies care about their employees, it translates into those employees caring about the customers. Funnel Boost Media cares about overpaying their people. We also do that, which is why we have a happy company and happy clients.

Jacob (COO) and Ryan (Founder & CEO) have set the tone for how their company operates. As a result, they've attracted good people. Another great thing about them is that they always do what they say they would do.

There's nothing Funnel Boost Media could improve on. Every time we have a problem, they seek a solution to fix it.

Let Funnel Boost Media do everything. Our old marketing company designed our website for $15,000, and it didn't work. Then, Funnel Boost Media redid our website for around $2,000. They do cheap web design work because they know that a good website helps with marketing.

If you go to Funnel Boost Media, let them redesign your website because they know what they're doing. Moreover, listen to their PPC and SEO strategies and don't try to drive the project. If you rely on them, you'll have a great experience. They have a wide swath of energy, so just pay attention.

We have been working on two SEO projects for a few of our brands. With the first, we have seen a +35% growth in organic traffic over the past year and steady qualified lead improvement. We are still awaiting results on the other project. 

We worked with Funnel boost to refresh one of our websites and add ecommerce functionality as well.

With our ongoing SEO, we meet once a month to discuss strategies, questions, or conerns. My questions are always answered promptly and sometimes the team goes above and beyond to help me with small items related to google analytics and PPC. 

They answer my inquiries for web concerns quickly as well. In general, if a mistake is made, the team will own up to it and promptly fix it.

The team is good at answering my questions and having ongoing conversations. They don't get (visibly annoyed) with all my questions and ideas. We also change a lot of things quickly, and they are quick to keep up with our needs.
