He delivered major milestones on time, communicated clearly, and explained the reasoning behind the work instead of treating everything like a black box. As the project evolved from a website redesign into ongoing SEO and marketing support, he continued making improvements, testing new ideas, and adapting based on results. Whenever we had questions, updates, or new goals, he was quick to respond and proactive about recommending changes that could improve traffic, conversions, and visibility. The overall experience felt more like a long-term growth partnership than a one-time website project.
