As for project management, Savage Creative Agency was really flexible and communicative. If something wasn’t working for us, we could share it, and they were always willing to make changes. I also appreciated their willingness to return to the drawing board when something wasn’t working. For example, we gave them feedback on something we didn’t like and went back 3–4 times. Each time, Savage Creative Agency focused on understanding how they could change this aspect to make it right for us.
