They used some very clever thinking: I needed three years of account, and I wasn’t able to get that, so they closed the year a month early and then turned my accounts around over the weekend to get the numbers that the bank needed to give me the apartment. We have regular communication and a good standard in terms of what comes through from them. They’re quick to turn things around when we need anything that’s not part of our regular reporting packages.

I felt like I was talking to somebody who cares as much about my business as I did, who understood what I meant, and who I can really trust with a huge amount of responsibility. I just don’t find that that is as common as I would like it to be with many consulting firms.
