La Rusa handles and supervises the finances for a fintech company. They’re in charge of our accounting and do monthly reports and balance sheets to help us settle on better business strategy.

My friend who also has a crypto trading firm worked with LaRusa and was happy with the results overall. So he told me to reach out to Elina and gave me her contacts. So it was a referral.

They handled our QuickBooks and suggested a few tech tools to make our processes more steady. They then merged those tools with our books so that we could check the profit and loss, balance sheet, etc any time, easily. They also manage our accounting in terms of preparing all the monthly dashboards and analytics. It definitely helps me as a manager to make the right decisions.

We have a monthly fee around $2500 and there were no additional payments.

I partner with different outsourcing companies. And it is always pretty difficult to find someone that you can fully trust and rely on La Rusa is one of them. In 2 years when we are working together, they haven't made any mistakes or slip-ups. I never had any questions or complaints about their work. I’ve been able to rely on their services and never question what they’re doing.

I'm 100% satisfied with project management. La Rusa did all the tasks in time and accurately. They can get my idea immediately without asking many questions. We communicate mostly through email and phone. Also, we have weekly calls and for an hour discuss our pitfalls and future strategy. We do it with Google Meet most of the time. We use Quickbook for accountability.

I’ve been amazed by how good La Rusa can handle a massive amount of work within tight deadlines, first of all. Also, it's amazing how fast they can understand any information I send and start to work on it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I haven’t noticed it. I’m satisfied with the services they provide and don’t think there is something that could be done better.

They send us proposal for our account management in US and VAT filing in European offices. LaRusa's offer was highly professional and cost effective, so we decided to move forward with this partner.

ViaCoding is now completely free of accounting tasks. We don't have to do anything with a bunch of bookkeeping stuff at all. And we are sure that our accounting in the right hands.

The most important thing for us was the quality of the services provided. We received a complete set of financial documents and records. We strived to find an accounting firm which could give us the whole idea about our monthly financial situation but in simple terms. You know, only a professional can explain his work to children. LaRusa has done everything professionally and in time.

A friend recommended them. I checked their experience in our industry and found out that LaRusa had a lot of cases related to financial management of Marketing companies. Also, they were a good fit for us because of their fair pricing.

Our collaboration began in January 2021 and is still ongoing. Due to our pretty complicated industry LaRusa advised us a set of technology tools and integrations to make our financial part more stable. They then merged that tech into our books and enabled us to analyze profit and loss (PnL), balance sheet, etc.

First, I’m pleased with the quality of their work. Another remarkable part is how quickly they could complete their tasks. In fact, everything became a lot easier for me after we started working together.

We began with in-person meetings to discuss our objectives. Due to the pandemic, our meetings have been moved to Zoom. They've done an excellent job of communicating with us, keeping us up to date on their tasks and when we can expect them. So far, their openness has been a plus.

Just finished consultation with Elina and really wanted to leave a review about her services, which normally I do not do. Elina was recommended by my friend as a last resort to solve my tax issue. Prior to going to Elina, I met with four (!) other accountants, who flat out refused to help me. Elina in one call to the IRS (apperently tax practitioners has a special line they can call), resolved it all! 

I OWE NOTHING (and it already shows up in my IRS portal as zero balance due). Elina is extremely knowledgeble and is your person to go to for any IRS issues.
