How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I've searched online and I have decided to work with KP Consulting because they have a lot of experience in working with such small companies like mine.

I had one meeting with one of the founders of KP Consulting and just after that I have decided to work with them and I've signed the contract.

Pricing is flexible, I pay only for the services I use. It depends on the month but I pay only for the hours of the consultation I use and for the number of documents I send to them.

How many resources from the firm's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I mainly work with one person but if I need some specific advice or consultation there is always a possibility to talk to a specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

I save at least 5 hours a month to manage my accounting. I just need to send all the documents to them and I don't worry about anything else. I have also saved a lot of money on income tax.

I mainly communicate with them by email but in urgent cases, I can meet with them in their office or talk on the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I value their financial and tax expertise a lot. They always have a good answer to all the issues and they manage to do everything on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think about anything which needs to be improved.
