Entigrity's staff is educated, intelligent, hardworking and kind. We are able to obtain great quality work from them at prices that are significantly less than what we would pay for US-based counterpart talent.

We all have room for improvement and I am sure that Entigrity, on its end, will continue to be self-aware in order to keep thriving. That is the name of the game for any company. I otherwise don't have any noticeable improvement recommendations for Entigrity, given the level of service and price point of our business relationship.

In our Industry it is a task to hire a professional . With Entigrity our cost of four staff reduced down to 1/3 as you get people at a very low rate in India. Our local staff had more time to focus on client, we even got some of the task on auto mode .

So we have one local staff and under him there are two offshore staff. For us it worked really well and most of the day to day work was taken care by offshore staff.

I was really impressed by their process and IT infrastructure . The Offshore staff was good in communication , though there was accent in their language but they could understand and respond to our questions .

We had asked them for an experienced staff as well but the time to hire them was very high , It will really help if they could reduce TAT for that as well.

Our overall business has grown by more than 10% every year, and we are now looking to expand our bookkeeping department by 25% this year.
