They’re a great company to work with, and I would pick them every time we need someone to work with. We use Basecamp to communicate. Their response time is quick. We usually hear back from them within 15 minutes to an hour. We also communicate through email and phone calls. I communicate with a few different people on their team depending on the project. I have one main point of contact, but I’ve talked with other two team members as well. When they assign a project, it’s usually that person that’s dedicated to the project that I talk to.
