I was looking for someone to handle the A-Z of establishing my online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They have helped with website design, SEO, logo design, and marketing materials creation. My practice is new, so they helped me with all this from scratch. They build the WordPress site.

I just worked with Daniel (Advisor).

How did you come to work with Command Legal?

I found them while searching online. I looked at their prior work, and it seemed like they were very good at web design. They impressed me and they were reasonably priced.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began work in December 2019, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of my website’s design is exceptional in all respects — not just the design, but also the backend and the linking. It’s far better than any of my competitors. It’s a fantastic site — I’m very impressed with Command Legal.

How did Command Legal perform from a project management standpoint?

Daniel is very professional. He’s always on it and is very clear with me. He’s forthright about deadlines. We were able to get the site up and running from nothing in about a month and a half.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He gives you expectations on what he can deliver, and then he delivers. He’s surpassed all expectations on what could be done with my website. He’s very thorough in his explanations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I rarely say this, but I think he’s done an amazing job. I would recommend him to anyone interested in creating a website or enhancing their design. I’m very impressed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you want. Have everything clearly drafted in the beginning when you engage with them, and you’ll get exactly what you signed up for.

For what projects/services did your company hire Monument Studio, and what were your goals?

We hired Monument Studio to design and build our website. We have now worked with them on over 3 projects and will absolutely be engaging them in future projects. I appreciate that the team brings both development and design experience.

This is not the case with all firms and contractors. Additionally, they are very efficient and can project manage very well. The quality of work and communication is excellent. I would recommend Monument Studio without hesitation.

They were patient with us as we gathered everything needed for our website. The tech savviness, and the ability to explain things very well. Everything was on time, their creative knowledge and they were very professional.

Not in our opinion.
