I'm the Marketing Director for an event production company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lion + Panda?

We needed someone to handle our social media content, posting schedule, and overall management. Our goals were to increase followers and engagement on Facebook and Instagram and to introduce our TikTok.

We had worked with Lion + Panda previously in different avenues and were very pleased with their services provided.

Early in the year, we met for a project kick-off meeting, outlining goals and budget. After the kick-off meeting, the L + P team hit the ground running, offering constant communication during the process and delivering a quick quality product. At any time if there were questions, a team member reached out to clarify.

1 creative director, 1 social media marketing specialist, 1 account manager, and 1 developer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a noticeable increase in Facebook and Instagram engagements and followers. The success of the project is evident in the online ticket sales encouraged through social content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very communicative via email and phone, and Messenger when necessary. Any time an area of uncertainty arose, a team member would reach out to clarify.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Leads not clicks! They attracted new followers to the event who were genuinely interested in the product offered instead of just generalized increased numbers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Biweekly reports based on Google Analytics and Facebook and Instagram insights would be helpful.
