We provided a list of actions and design changes we would like changed on our consumer website. Ranging from image changes to custom page design and functionality changes. We went over the list with them on a web call in detail. They set up a online project tracker so we could see the items on the list they were working on and when they would be tested and implemented.

We stayed in contact as the changes were made to make sure the project was going as planned. Along the way we ran into some unintended consequences of some changes and made decisions on how best to address those issues and still improve the website.

Every change or question would be quickly responded to. Many times to let us know they received the message and were working on a solution. Every question would receive a thought out and detailed response.

I enjoyed working with them and learning how to maintain and update our site. We are now working on a new project together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OmniSpear, Inc. could have done differently?

The tracking website was not really accessible to me. I could see the list but some of the text was not visible or cut off. I could not click the links to see the greater details. However I would just follow up with an email and get an update directly.
