      They have an integrated project management system which you get access to once you use them. It’s so easy to comment on everything, and the wireframes and designs get along interactively with the system that they use. Most of our communication was done by phone, and then it subsequently moved to either by email or through the dedicated project management system.

      Having a logo that’s both professional and whimsical, but also distinctive and artistic was a tall order, but Mark and Superfried were really patient, and they understood what was required to achieve those. We know designing a logo is not an easy thing to do, but we were very happy with the work that they’ve done — they were really sensitive and artistic with their approach. We were impressed with their artistic sensitivity, and I think they were really good at understanding concepts and representing them visually.
