The website was coming up on first-page searches within six months after launch. Knowledgeable and proactive, they provide exceptional, all-around service and readily take on tasks that are out of their scope of work.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the director of Daily English, a French company that organizes language stays with English families for French children in France.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indigoextra?

We were a new company and needed a vendor to help us design our logo and website, and then do marketing for us to attract customers across France.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were targeting French customers all over France, but particularly in Paris. We needed an image that would appeal to both parents and children and give a lot of information about the English-learning environment that we provide. We gave them an open brief and they built our website in Drupal, helping us write the content. They made the website user-friendly, so I can upgrade it easily and quickly. In addition, they do SEO for us, identifying the keywords we need to target in English and in French. We worked closely with them on compiling a keyword list and they submitted suggestions, showing us how many searches were done for different keywords.

We have a blog and this year they will do guest blogging for us. They adapt to our needs and help us work on other tools: for example, they designed infographics, brochures, and leaflets for us, and a couple of months ago, they developed a new website.

What is the team composition?

We work with an account manager, a project manager, an SEO expert, and a designer. They also bring in other team members to work on our project when needed.

How did you come to work with them?

I initially contacted them when they were looking for people to work with them in sales (I wanted to find out about their job opportunities). They were very professional, so when I had an idea to start a company, I remembered my previous contact with them. They're also artsy and knowledgeable about SEO.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent about $70,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2014 and the relationship in ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They give us monthly reports showing the keyword rankings and we've seen significant improvements. Within six months, we were on first-page searches. The website content accurately captures the brand and the vision we had.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very proactive and have a good customer service.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have an all-around team, which is creative and extremely knowledgeable about Google requirements. Also, they're very honest with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't think so.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I wasn't the most helpful person in terms of communication because sometimes I sent them 50 emails a day instead of just sending one. But they've been very patient and adaptable.
