• Planning Stage: The first stage of website development involves planning. Here, the project team, which includes the project manager, web developers, and designers, meets to discuss the project goals, objectives, and requirements. They will define the target audience, user personas, and create a sitemap that outlines the website's structure, content, and features. The team will also discuss the technologies that will be used to develop the website and establish a timeline and budget for the project.
• Design Stage: After the planning stage, the web designers begin working on the website's visual design. They will create a wireframe, which is a low-fidelity layout of the website's pages. The wireframe will help the team to visualize the website's layout, structure, and navigation. Once the wireframe is approved, the designers will create a high-fidelity mockup of the website's pages.
