We started with the framework of the website... Phenomenon delivered a cohesive one page framework with aligned styles & components. We then moved to asset / animation creation, and iterated on assets together until a level of quality was reached that we were satisfied with. We then moved into polish and revisions, iterating towards an overall level of quality we were happy with.

We designed the new mobile app’s UX and did a high-level requirements gathering and persona definition. After that, we worked on the use cases and eventually created workflows inside of the app. 

Once the design phase was completed, we moved on to the development stage. Phenomenon Studio the process. They worked with us through the design and deliverable reviews. Together, we tested the solution and completed the necessary refinements. Occasionally, challenges arose between what was designed and what was practical, and we worked together to resolve those issues. 

Finally, their team delivered a working solution, which we tested. They handled the necessary refinements and addressed bugs. From there, they handed off the completed project to us.

The original scope of work was for Phenomenon Studio to take our existing app UI and completely redesign it from the ground up. We had the opportunity to collaborate closely with their team through the design phase, going through multiple iterations to refine the direction and achieve our desired outcome. Phenomenon Studio handled the full design process, creating mockups and prototypes that we could review and provide feedback on. 
From there, they also worked with our internal development team in an advisory capacity, helping to implement the new design on the frontend. Our team managed the backend development.
Throughout the process, there were many rounds of refinement as Phenomenon Studio adapted the design to work seamlessly with the technologies and frameworks we utilized, which included React and Firebase.

While we have not yet deployed the new app to our users, the internal feedback on the redesign has been overwhelmingly positive. We conducted live demos for various stakeholders, and the consensus was that Phenomenon Studio had succeeded in modernizing the user experience and visual design.
People appreciated the clean, intuitive layout, as well as the enhanced functionality that the new design enabled. Phenomenon Studio not only met our requirements, but also contributed additional ideas that we had not initially considered, showcasing their creativity and industry expertise.

• Proof of Concept (POC): Phenomenon studio first worked with us on a small-scale POC to demonstrate the feasibility of our MVP vision and validate the core concepts.
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Upon successful completion of the POC, phenomenon studio's team took on the full development of the MVP version of our fintech platform. This included all the necessary functionality, user-facing interfaces, and backend integrations to launch a usable product.

Their UX designer then joined our wireframes design process. Based on those wireframes, we continue to iterate and refine workflows as necessary. 
Following usability test, we converted everything into high-fidelity mockups. At this point, we have completed the design phrase but haven't started development. We've collaborated through Figma and google suite tools. I am sure that we will also develop this application with phenomenon studio.

Before we could begin developing our product, we needed designs, workflows, and mockups. Throughout the discovery process that came after our contract with them, we went through our problem and the direction for the product and MVP. We then worked with them and the CEO on the wireframe design process after bringing on their UX designer to the team. 

Based on those wireframes, we continued to generate concepts and modify flows as needed. We were able to create high-fidelity mockups of everything without conducting usability studies. The design phase is already over, but development is still in its early stages. We have collaborated using Figma and Google Suite. The mockups will be used for a mobile application as well as a website.
