I found that to be their secret weapon. I think it allows them to make connections and get to know companies better than they otherwise would. They really get it, and they treat it as a process and the process works.

When I went to them for the program for the questionnaire, [which was] highly complex, and they got it done. They’ve never been a problem, and they seem very responsive. There is a project manager, somebody assigned to handle my account personally, and there's somebody supervising them who always gets in touch with me. Another person takes care of the pay-per-click campaign, another person for the Web design. They handle all that very well with individual subject matter experts driving each piece of the overall campaign.
