The utility was deployed quickly and easily with the modern stack and typescript. Customer satisfaction was also a good metric. People got their billing questions answered in a quick period of time and reduced the margin for error for accounts receivable. It was a really great experience in terms of budget and time.

I’m not the easiest person to work for; especially when it came to the money we were spending, I was quite demanding, and I was probably unreasonable at times.
