HQ has helped us maintain and update our website for years. This includes creating new pages with unique functionality to maintaining best practices on the backend. They focus on user-friendly solutions and are willing to discuss whenever there's a potential concern we should be aware of. Their team is responsive via email and Slack, and we would recommend them to other teams needing design or development work.

HQ was charged with undertaking a complete redesign of Revere Health's public facing website. The project phases included:

- Site design, including the look and feel of the site and the navigation structure

- Front-end Development

- Back-end Development

- Content Integration and Quality Assurance

The site was launched on time and to a great reception by both external users and internal users. We have continued to work with HQ for site maintenance and continued developement, constantly enhancing the site to respond to feedback and evolving website trends.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some of the key outcomes that demonstrate the website's success:

- Since it's launch, the website has never been down. Previously, our website regulary crashed for a day at a time. This is crucial since patients go to our site to schedule appointments, pay bills, and find new providers.

- Website load time:  Since the site's launch, the site's load speed is 20% faster. This has helped SEO and the overall user experience.

- Our mobile application was also dramatically improved. This is extremely important since some 60% of visitors to the site access it through mobile devices.

The HQ team was extremely responsive to our requests and needs, and under a very tight timeframe, launched the website on time.

The team's expertise and responsiveness were superb. Their experience developing and launching healthcare-related sites was extremely valuable in our case. We continue to look to and depend on them as we evaluate and improve our website.

The cost of the site turned out to be considerably more than the orignal quote, but there were a lot of variables on our end that contributed to this. Overall, the cost was more than justified with the final product.
