I am the owner of a Creative Digital Design Company.

We hired Stay Wild Digital Marketing for branding consulting.

How did you select Stay Wild Digital Marketing?

I selected them because not only do they understand digital marketing, but also had extensive knowledge of branding projects, including management of survey implementation.

The team at Stay Wild started by mapping out a strategy for collecting and processing data by photo and emailed surveys. They implemented the survey system and broke down the types of businesses that would need to be contacted. They also wrote the survey questions based on the information needed for the branding campaign.

After analyzing all the collected data, they formulated a summary for presentation. Our agency designed the logo and branding guidelines using the information gathered by Stay Wild.

The two owners worked with us. Tim was the point person and communicated with us directly, while his partner compiled the data.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tim's experience with branding and project management is extensive, and several times he had to communicate directly with our client. He was very professional, and his breadth of knowledge made them feel comfortable with our team as a whole. They were very pleased with our work.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They are highly organized and build realistic timelines making the project easy to manage. They mapped out the tasks for every team member involved in the project making sure every aspect was covered. All correspondence, were by email, phone, text or virtual meetings, and were always answered quickly. That was important to us, being that we had a client to answer to. I felt confident that nothing would be missed and any questions brought up by my client would be answered in a timely manner.

I did have some concern working with a company that was so far away from us (2 time zones difference), but they proved to be prompt and communicative. I would definitely work with them again, because they made us look great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are quite versatile. With the number of years that they have in the marketing industry, they can draw from their experience for a very broad scope of situations. That was attractive to us. New agencies with young teams might be good at the specific task at hand, but rarely have we worked with a team that can draw from years of practical experience.

Many times during the course of our project, we found that they had faced that specific issue in the past and had a solution for it. That saved us time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They adapted to our preferences for communication, which was helpful. There is not much I would change. We got everything we needed out of the interaction.
