The thing that I really like best about their team is that they have a deep knowledge of the space. The team has gained incredible experience over the years by working at other reputable agencies, before Christine and Geordie decided to spin off and form their own agency. Hiring them is basically harnessing the power of big agency experience, but still get the A players whereas if we were using a bigger agency, I feel like we might be a little fish in a big sea. We got to work directly with Geordie and Christine on our project and that to me was amazing.

They always had a positive mindset, even when we made requests that other agencies might consider unreasonable. Towards the end of the project, we requested that they significantly increase the size of the data sets without fully realizing how much work it would entail. They were able to quickly and accurately identify all the necessary steps to achieving that goal. Also, we had to completely redesign the site and rebuild several features a month before project launch, and the Beyond team understood the necessity and stepped up to the challenge with absolutely no complaints.

I think they’re a true partner. I consider them an extension of the team, not a vendor. We give them access to our office, they come and go and meet with people as needed to move their projects ahead. They’re flexible and they take feedback well. Some design-oriented people can be rather strong-willed, but they’re flexible. So, if we don’t believe that something is working for our purposes, they’ll redo it and they’ll work with us.
