How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having researched and contacted several PPC companies with a view to growing sales and increasing profitability with people who 'get' our brand and ethos we settled on Canopy as we hit it off with each and every one we talked with.

Amazon PPC management, structuring and streamlining advertising spend. Identifying keywords, front and back end and growing organic sales and reporting with a view to lowering TACOS and improving profitability

Two. A Partner Support Manager and an analyst.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing their strategies we have seen a phenomenal turn around decreasing TACOS by over 20% and thus increasing profitability. We can now progress the company and extend the product range. They have also increased our confidence after taking a huge hit with the previous company we worked with.

Easy: they listen to their clients, advise and implement strategies to follow their needs. We have a weekly zoom meeting where they go over the previous week in detail and we discuss the next week.

Not only in depth analysis of the past week but put in plain English for those of us that are 'tech - deficient'! All this is done whilst being positive looking forward. Perhaps the most reassuring thing is that they are not 'yes' people: if they have any doubts about strategy they will tell us AND provide a more suitable approach.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Probably all the above! Along with how surprisingly easy they are to get along with and to entrust with a major portion of our Company's growth strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes!! They could have come to us earlier!! No, seriously, we can not fault them at this time. We are super happy with their performance.

I am the President of the TickleMe Plant Company Inc. We market the seeds and kits to grow your own TickleMe Plant - the only plant that "Moves When You Tickle it!. Selling on Amazon is a big part of our business.

The process of advertising on Amazon had become extremely time consuming and challenging. Managing thousands of key words dozen of ad campaigns can be a daunting task. We hired Canopy to manage that task.

How did you select this vendor?

I was impressed after reading reviews and hearing about business people who like me were overwhelmed managing their amazon ads and how Canopy exceeded their expectations.

The Canopy Team worked with me to understand my business and the various products that required their own ad campaigns. They used the information they had from our prior campaigns as a base but with thoughtfulness added new key words new campaigns etc,

What was the team composition?

Initially worked with several team member to retrieve all of my creatives. Was assigned two member to handle my account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes- I had very high expectations of the team and wanted one of our products to continue to be a top seller on Amazon. This was a challenge as the product had dropped in the rankings. Canopy was able to "step on the gas" when needed and put on the brakes if applicable. They were able to increase visibility across the board and also gave me advice on what I can do to increase the ranking such as using coupons etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The weekly meeting were extremely organized. So I knew what to expect.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked that they weren't all about using AI as a tool. They actually would listen to what I have learned about growing my business and took that knowledge of what worked and greatly enhanced it. I also feel the compensation program made sense to me. I must say being an owner of stocks I was impressed that Canopy Management are on the stock market.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Just minor ones One suggestion is that initially I was not clear how the compensation worked so I almost didn't sign the contract. Once it was explained to me, it made sense. So I suggest giving more examples to make sure the compensation is understood. The other small suggestion is that too many acronyms are used and when sending a report it would be better just to spell it out the words so the average person doesn't have to think what is KPI ACOS etc

I am just starting own running an amazon storefront online. While watching a video on Youtube channel OrangeKlik, I listened to one of the partners Brian who caught my interest. He sounded like a no non-sense straight to the point type of guy that resonated with me. I have since hired Canopy and the team on multiple projects,. Photography, Video, Listing optimization, Key Word research, Back end research, creative development to just name a few.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I watched a video on Youtube interviewing Brian. I then went to the website and saw some of their sample work which is extremely professional.

I pretty much gave them full creative control and did not have very much input. This is their expertise, creativity so I gave them full control.

I had about 4 individuals led by Ashylynn. Amy and Mary and maybe a few others assisted as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The work was just completed. I don't have any metrics at this point in time yet.

Ashylynn was my point person. We had many emails back and forth and she alway responded the next day or the same day if I sent an email early in the morning. Communication was Fabulous.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For me personally, I wanted someone who listened and took charge with what they do best. I was not very creative, and they took the bull by the horns and delivered above and beyond my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not have any constructive criticism. Great team effort by all.

They use top notch methods in the Amazon ads industry and they stay on top of all the best ways to maximize profits

Many... they have reimbursement recovery a DSP team as well as a Walmart ads business

We have more than 5X'd our Amazon ad sales since beginning with Canopy

We have weekly meetings with several members of their team who help manage our account

That they are negotiable with billing. As we grew, so did our revenue share agreement with them, and they reduced their fees to match our growth.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their reports are ok, but sometimes i wish they had an online web app dashboard for us to review performance

Canopy is responsible for growing our Amazon sales by driving traffic to our listing by maximize PPC of our known keywords as well as finding new keywords where our product can compete.

The team consists of Amazon selling experts and data analyst that help determine what keywords work and which one don’t.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is just beginning, but in the short time we have been working we have found several new keywords and some keywords we were targeting that we should not have been going after.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The weekly meetings and KPI review has kept us all on the same page. The team is very quick to follow up if there are any unanswered questions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that they have all of the services you need in order to be successful on Amazon. They offer their services at a price point that makes it feasible for low-margin sellers to be successful.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not at this time.
