We went for TDC for our website development initially, then we moved on to get CMS integrated into the website, some SEO integrations. After that, we utilised services for our back office application, a mobile app for employee time tracking and project management in CG animation workflow. Lastly, they just delivered us the AI module, a generative visual model for referencing our animation work.

Well optimised website creating conversions for us by driving in-bound traffic. Back-office application to streamline our internal work flows.

The unique component is the dynamic team, they are always energetic almost all of the day that I don't understand but that's great to have. Also, they had well-defined protocols and SOPs so there's no room for mishaps.

Almost everything is perfect but they need to figure out a way of assigning best person for the job as they have so many juniors but I believe that's a learning curve.

I reached out to TDC with a very basic idea for the product I was planning to get developed,TDC helped me out in requirement gathering and product ideation. TDC team identified key technologies and developed everything in a perfect manner. The deliverables of the 1st contract with TDC was an MVP that they delivered on time. I was so impressed with their professionalism. Hence, I started scaling the MVP. Now we have a fully functional SAAS product for autobiography writing.

The project management were outstanding at all times, there were some stalemates when we had to change some 3rd party service or when we were not clear on the requirements. But the project coordinator from TDC side was always there to hear my ideas figure out a solution and get it done. Kudos for the whole team in project Management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about the company is the dynamic nature of all the team, they are group of young energetic people with so many great ideas. I owe almost a chunk of my product to the brainstorming sessions that I had with TDC team.

Well, they could improve on the documentation part of the project, in a fast moving project things get forgotten and lost. Every documentation thing needs to be done promptly.

Our sales saw a boost of 51% on the first month of implementation of the POS system, we also noticed an enhanced scrutiny of employees and evaluation of KPIs utilising the admin dashboard.

TDC could've maintained a US based personnel for feedbacks as well, because even if they are a US based company, they lack resource support in all states. There are some use cases which can only be addressed while being here in the same state.

The core management was all under 30, which makes it a company with a lot of young professionals. Working with millennials and Gen Z on the marketing side. All of which really had a positive impact as they are acquainted with modern technology and social media, which is required for the project.

In Social Media Marketing, TDC can make improvements by having a more experienced lead covering more use cases for marketing strategies.

The vendor had to provide a fully operational ERP system with support, maintenance & training programs. We hired a US consultant ERP Next, they outlined the requirements of the system and TDC worked as a contractor.

As a summary the ERP system comprised of following features:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Long story short, I am a person who believe in numbers as a businessman, our total spending on the ERP system was a few thousand short of 100k $, in the span of 6 months of operations we have identified loop holes in the previous organization structure and saved 65k$ in terms of material handling, SCM and HRM. 

So, I believe we have better control over the organization and I had swift ROI on the ERP system.

TDC used a project management system new to me called JIRA, but it was perfect having broken down the whole project into multiple epics and story points. They kept the AGILE software development approach, and there was probably only one sprint that they delayed out of all. 

As far as communication is concerned, they were super fast in communication and even though we were located in the same region we only met a few times for meetings and otherwise maintained communication through Microsoft Teams and other platforms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique selling point they had was the energetic and young team they have, I am myself a 70+ person with a business empire but it hit me when I saw the group of people working hard and explaining the product as well as using latest technologies to deliver the best. 

They guided me through the whole process of technology framework selection for the ERP system, although I am a non-technical person. So, I would say clarity and client awareness is the most unique characteristic of the company.

TDC can improve training client people to reduce dependency to the client. I believe this is the point where they can improve.
