MILIVOJA was responsible for the complete physical product design of Beepr — from early-stage concept sketches to final 3D renders ready for manufacturing. Their scope extended beyond product design into full branding and visual identity, including logo development, creation of our brandbook, and defining the visual tone of voice.

They also designed our initial landing page and worked closely with our social media team to produce high-impact visuals for online campaigns. Key deliverables included:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the beginning, we knew Beepr would be a highly complex hardware product. Integrating multiple technologies > GPS, water detection, geofencing, health monitoring > into a compact, wearable form factor for children was a massive challenge. Throughout the process, MILIVOJA proved instrumental in pushing the boundaries of what was technically possible.

Where engineers initially said “this can’t be done,” Milos and his team found creative solutions that redefined those limitations. His persistence and clear design vision helped steer the engineering team toward a significantly smaller PCB layout, without compromising on functionality.

In addition to the product design, MILIVOJA delivered a standout brand identity. Our logo, brandbook, and visual tone have received consistent praise from early partners and advisors > a clear reflection of their understanding of both product and emotion.

The project is still ongoing, but the results so far have set a strong foundation for a successful launch.

MILIVOJA’s project management has been clear, structured, and highly collaborative from the start. They work with Miro, which allows me as the client to follow their progress in real time, give feedback directly on the board, and feel closely involved throughout the design process.

They also provide weekly PDF progress updates, outlining what has been completed, what’s in motion, and what’s coming next > which creates full transparency and trust.

Deadlines have been handled well, especially considering the iterative and technically complex nature of the project. They’ve been highly responsive to our feedback and adaptive when engineering constraints required changes. Overall, their process is reliable, communicative, and tailored to keep momentum without sacrificing quality.

Milos and his team managed to bridge the gap between vision and reality, helping us reduce the product size significantly without compromising on functionality.

I’m the founder of a retail company focused on developing a new type of product in the fragrance world. The product has yet to be launched.

I needed help with product development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MILIVOJA provided product design and development services. The team started with the discovery phase and put together a team to work on the project. We had a kickoff meeting with the team leaders, and after that, they started working. The team provided weekly updates, and I gave feedback when necessary. We proceeded with the project, and they adapted to my feedback.

The team used CAD, 3D rendering, and 3D printing to create three prototypes. They also tested different types of fragrances.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 5–6 people, including mechanical engineers, project managers, industrial designers, and 3D specialists.

How did you come to work with MILIVOJA?

I found MILIVOJA online via Fiverr. We had an online call, and I was confident after the call. They introduced some good ideas and seemed trustworthy and interested in the product.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $15,000–$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–April 2025. The first phase is complete, and I’m looking for investors to help back up the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They gave me the expertise I needed. The project was very specific, and I needed an expert. The team delivered what I needed.

How did MILIVOJA perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was almost perfect. Everything was very clear. We received updates via email and used Slack to communicate. The team also used a project management tool internally. The pricing and timeline were correct. They even delivered extra prototypes, which weren’t budgeted at first, and they didn't charge anything extra.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their biggest strength was understanding what the client wanted and thinking along with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was really satisfied with the first phase. They overdelivered, so I can’t say anything negative.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to make clear specifications and what you have in your head. They can only develop with the information they have. If I have something in my head that is different, I should explain it from A to Z. That way, there’s no time lost.
