PNOĒ
PNOĒ likes to measure. Your heart, lung, and cellular fitness, metabolism, fat-burning efficiency, and how your breath affects your posture and brain.
PNOĒ asked O0 to explain in one video, what PNOĒ is, what it does, and how to use it. We make sure it's clear and easy to understand, and at the same time covers all the product features.

Lemon.io
Secret communities like lemon.io need a rich backstory with symbolism and strong visual language. So we created one. We became witnesses and accomplices of The Great History of The Lemon Kingdom: developed a logo, identity, new website, many beautiful vector illustrations, blog, custom letters and even a book. Fun and adventurous journey with Lemon continues, because hiring engineers is sacred and we must honor the ritual.

Destinus Explainer
Destinus is developing high-speed aircrafts and infrastructures to power the world’s fastest and cleanest transportation system. The vehicles will be a hybrid between an airplane and a rocket.
O0 delivered an explanatory video that feels just like a movie: the story of complex future technology told simply, with a perfect balance of the hand-drawn aesthetics and obscure concept approach.

DEIP Explainer
DEIP helps creators to gain back their well-deserved power in Web3, internet of the future.
In this video explainer, O0 dreams about the near-future where we hand over all boring tasks to machines and earn money by supporting the fruits of human creativity.

nuka
Less is more. Especially with eternal stationery. Nuka gives you a notebook and a pen that both last forever. Put your notes in, take a picture, clear them up, repeat. Conscious consumption is the heart of the brand and O0 mirrors that in visual identity and a website.

Momentus Video
Momentus delivers cargo to the nearest Earth orbits. O0 delivers life-like video explainers on such complex things. Truth be told, our production team needed some space. And they got some.

DRESSX
Dress is more. We mean dress for less. More or less DRESSX is the biggest marketplace for digital fashion. They create garments of the future that eliminate waste and chemicals during production, and minimize carbon footprint. And O0 humbly helps DRESSX with digital products to run that operation.

Sharehold
Sharehold is your secret recovery manager. With the strongest cryptography, it stores codes from your favorite online services, making sure you never get locked out again. It helps with login details, password managers, SSH keys, and any kind of backups or bank data.
O0 made sure that Sharehold app and website are simple, clean and easy to use.

UI/UX Design for Financial Services Company

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior project manager in the international trade and finance space.
What challenge were you trying to address with O0 Design?
We were exploring a new product that was an extension of our core business in the finance space. This would be something along the lines of a marketplace or portal where buyers and sellers could utilize services beyond just trade and finance. They helped us move from ideation to design.
What was the scope of their involvement?
There were three phases to the project. First, we had a high-level discussion of what we wanted, which led to a discussion of our existing customers and how they approach their business. Afterward, we iterated through various design that would satisfy those requirements. The final stage was creating a prototype and executing user testing, and then implementing the feedback we received before final delivery.
Our ask was pretty open-ended, both from receiving customer feedback and suggestions from the O0 team. We let their expertise guide the way. They used Figma for the design.
What is the team composition?
We were primarily working with one person, but there were 4–5 people in total engaged. The resources were a mix of managers and designers.
How did you come to work with O0 Design?
We were referred to them by someone in our company who’d worked with them before.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $10,000–$12,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2021–March 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The key result was the turnaround time. We were in the process of transitioning the project to our engineering team and our product team. We’ll be taking the deliverable and putting it into implementation mode for the next few months. Once that is done, we’ll be able to measure usage success.
How did O0 Design perform from a project management standpoint?
Slack was our main channel of communication. Overall, w were very happy with the team, and we got a lot of clarity around how to approach the project. They were helpful both from a design perspective, and in taking charge to interview our existing customers. Lots of insights were generated there that we weren’t expecting.
Our timeline went a little over what we were expecting but there were a number of factors at play, including our customers’ availability and holidays. We may have been able to do a few things differently but it wasn’t a big issue. Our team is also very distributed, and we didn’t have total clarity about when they would be available.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were easy to work with and were very friendly. Our business is a little esoteric, and they did a good job of wrapping their minds around what we were trying to do. They had a clear sense of how to get us across the finish line and took the right approach: interviewing our customers and iterating on designs to create a customer-driven experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had a bit of a challenge when it came to scheduling interviews and providing the right context for the customers. That would be valuable to have in the future. More clarity around the exact requirements is critical. Additional, more clear information around meeting logistics like links and timing, as well as introduction to the interview subject would be great.
Finally, a hair more urgency around timelines would be nice, though, like I said, there were a number of factors at play there.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be proactive about managing your time and understanding people’s availability. Having some sort of centralized storage location for project files would be beneficial, especially for scheduling. We didn’t always know where to go for that information. It was a really good engagement, however; these are not big asks.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder & CEO of Inito. We build mobile-connected medical devices.
What challenge were you trying to address with O0 Design?
We wanted to revamp our mobile app to improve the user experience. We also wanted to rebrand ourselves to bring us more in sync with modern design practices and the benchmark for consumer products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
O0 Design started by revamping our logo, colors, brand, and brand guidelines. From there, we started auditing our existing app and completely redesigning the look and feel of our mobile app. After that, they added the new functionalities that we required — we worked closely with them on what we wanted and gave them insights into our users’ behavior.
We worked with them for 10–12 months straight on this project. We paused while our team executed the features, and they bring support to our platform every three months.
What is the team composition?
There’s one full-time designer and a design head overseeing the process.
How did you come to work with O0 Design?
We got to know about them from an in-common network. I spoke to them, and we liked the work that they had done. We also loved that they had a very senior designer overseeing the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $75,000-$150,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2019, and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After their work, our app got featured on the App Store twice — the quality is excellent.
How did O0 Design perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything’s good — we’re delighted working with them, and there are no issues. We communicate via email, Slack, and video calls if necessary.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their designers are excellent; they understand the principles of good design well. They also know how to make a good user experience and are current with all the modern tools for innovation, which makes the developers’ jobs easier because it cuts the back and forth communication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
A lot of feature requirements were driven by us. If they could proactively come up with more features for us to add, that would be great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Define the requirements clearly. Also, give them written documentation describing what you want.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CMO of Lemon.io — a platform for hiring vetted part-time and full-time developers on-demand.
For what projects/services did your company hire O0 Design?
We initially started working with O0 Design because we needed help with the visual brand while working on a rebranding. They did an amazing job, and we stayed with them. We've been working together for about two years now, and through these years they've done all sorts of design and production things for us. We've shot videos, photos, they did animations, web, UX/UI designs, graphics, special projects — you name it. But most importantly — they've become our marketing team's soulmates.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They completely understood our business and what was important for both our brand and our target audience.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We have an assigned account manager, who directs our tasks towards the best fitted person on their team. We also have a direct contact with the art-director and our assigned brand designer. When needed, we discuss all the details with the people who work on the specific project.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We've worked with 2 art directors, a videographer, a few designers, an account manager, and a general manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They've helped our brand shine and become the coolest one in our niche. Since we've launched our new website designed by O0, we've received tons of compliments, our conversion rates grew, and people keep saying that our website is the only one they remember visiting in months.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They're really good at keeping up with the chaotic pace of working with a fast-growing startup like ours.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their pure talent combined with a deep understanding of business logic is magic.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Can't think of anything right now.
