Before starting to build the prototype, we were able to swiftly iterate through many industrial design approaches and spot any possible thermal problems.

At Jackson Hedden, project managers have consistently demonstrated responsiveness, communication, and an understanding of technical specifications and details.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many or most of the engineering services that Jackson Hedden provides are not appropriate for our specific use case, such as contract manufacturing. Their in-house experience spans a wide range, enabling them to support more complicated products and go beyond prototype.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Jackson Hedden could have done differently?

It is not cheap to work with Jackson Hedden, but that is to be anticipated from contract engineering work. There is "value" for the additional expenditures invested because, in my opinion, the work's communication, quickness, and quality surpass those of other, less expensive possibilities that we have looked into.
