The project involves building a new AI-native CRM platform focused on the customer service value chain. It requires building the end-to-end stack across a unified data model, a centralized automation framework and end user experience that allows building applications through a conversational AI builder.

The deliverables included:

• An initial PoC to ensure understanding of the project, determine technical feasibility and estimate effort
• Technical architecture to ensure scalability and complexity
• MVP for the platform

Project Management was very good. There was constant and clear communication throughout the project with transparency on the progress, issues and any delays. Meetings and workshops all through the various project phases were well organized, with the right participants and value for time.

I have had a great experience across all areas of communication and collaboration. Over time my trust on the team has only increased.

I’m the owner of a scheduling software application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TechEdge Dynamics has been helping me develop my application. They’ve found a company to do the software development. We’ve gone through discovery meetings, and now, we’re developing the technology. The team has built the application based on my requirements. They’ve also done design work.

Companies can sign up and onboard their employees to give them access to the application. The employees can use the application as a work scheduler. Employers can schedule their employees’ shifts, and employees can view their schedules through the application.

As long as the application’s features meet my requirements, I measure success that way.

How did TechEdge Dynamics perform from a project management standpoint?

In the beginning, it probably took a year or so to get things going. It didn’t start super efficiently, but I didn’t have a clear vision. We were all figuring it out together. We use Jira and Miro for project management. We communicate through Slack and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The company that TechEdge Dynamics connected me with to develop the software was good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have more oversight early on of the people doing the development to ensure they’re operating in a timely manner. The customer may not always know whether the developers and designers are working as efficiently and optimally as possible. There’s a lot of trust that has to be had. In hindsight, they weren’t working as efficiently and optimally as they could.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Having more visibility and being the mouthpiece on behalf of the customer early and often is something they can improve upon.

The project involved building and launching Lobby4, a smart business networking platform that helps people have 1:1 video meetings with the support of a live AI assistant. The main goals were to create an easy-to-use interface for setting up and joining video calls, add an AI assistant to help during conversations, and include tools to track how useful the networking is. Other important tasks included setting up the behind-the-scenes tech, making sure user accounts are secure and private, and testing everything to make sure the platform runs smoothly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some clear signs that the project was working well include more people using the platform, with user activity going up by about 15% in the first month, double each next moth. The number of successful 1:1 video matches improved by around 25%, and the time it took to schedule meetings dropped by about 20% thanks to the AI assistant. Surveys indicated that about 85% of users were happy with how easy the platform was to use and how helpful it was for networking.

The project was managed really well, with all the main tasks finished on time and as planned. The team kept in touch regularly, gave helpful updates, and adjusted quickly when things needed to change. They listened to feedback and were always willing to help fix problems.
