Design Land NYC is a founder-led brand studio in New York's Fashion District, built for fashion, apparel and consumer brands that need to look right and sell.
Most branding agencies stop at the logo. Most factories never touch the brand. We work in the gap between them: brand identity, packaging and websites on one side; CADs, factory-ready tech packs, line sheets and buyer presentations on the other. The result is a brand that holds together from the first sketch to the buyer's table.
Founder and creative director Lori Dilo has spent 20+ years in brand creative and apparel technical execution, with 500+ projects and 100M+ products brought to market. Clients include Urban Outfitters, New Balance, Nordstrom, Wrangler, Umbro, Palace Skateboards, Beverly Hills Polo Club and Cookies NY, along with licensed programs for Keith Haring and the National Parks Foundation, and the Paris Saint-Germain x Tango Hotel collaboration.
What we do: brand identity (logo, visual system, brand guidelines); packaging and label design; apparel and product design (CADs, tech packs, line sheets); sales and buyer presentations; and websites on Squarespace as a Circle Partner.
Engagements start with a $450 Strategy & Scope Session, credited toward your project. Studio projects begin at $7,500; ongoing support is available on a monthly retainer.
