We've been satisfied with their work. We have a great relationship with our account manager, which allows us to address any misalignments in the work they're doing. She's always available for communicating through Skype and email. Aside from communication skills, she's put in place some great processes and tools for us to gain input into the link acquisition process early on, have better visibility for the criteria of selecting those links, and have input into how our budget is being spent. I see it as a combination of being a good account manager and having continually improving systems.
