Lost Search has performed a number of large projects for our company at times under extremely short timeline, for example we had an unexpected presentation that needed a full scale website live to demo in our presentation in less than 48 hours time. They we not only able to deliver on time but the client loved the portal and the branding. It was a part of what helped us secure the contract. 

On separate occasions we have had Lost Search create marketing videos that we have used at conferences and conventions. They have a way to draw potential clients in with their use of footage the tracks and animations. Every time that we play videos in our booths we draw potential clients in, when we post them to social media they gather us more view and followers as well as clients.

Our social media platforms took off when we started working with Lost Search, our Google Ranking and online visibility soared. The websites that Lost Search built are great for our clients which are predominantly municipalities, but also the general public leaves feedback about the ease and flow of the sites. 

Also we have been able to consolidate our brand and vision into a true and concise message. Our ability to reach existing, new and potential clients has been greatly increased due to the efforts of the team at Lost Search.

They are forward thinking and efficient the are always looking out for their clients. They don't do things like everyone else we have worked with in the past they actually push the envelope, challenge us and help improve our company with questions and allowing to critically think thru issues and branding strategies. 

They know their stuff, and have great values for a great price. I never feel like I am not getting my moneys worth with Lost Search, they go out of their way to offer a personal touch. From small companies to large companies they treat each client like #1 client, which is hard to find especially in marketing firms.

I am the owner and CEO of RuffHouse Vinyl Play Systems LLC, which manufactures and sells backyard products for families around the US.

We wanted to turn our local playset business into a national brand where we could help families around the USA find us online and purchase our products. We needed a marketing agency to partner with us to help us get our company's brand and message out there.

We saw that Lost Search Media was proficient in digital ads on google, youtube, and social media platforms. We knew that they would help us produce excellent quality videos to share with our customers. We also saw that they were trusted in the SEO space, where we could get our website ranked beyond our local area in certain keywords.

First they helped us produce some new quality content to use, through a series of video and photoshoots. Then they helped us revamp our website with the new content while focusing on making it search engine friendly for vinyl swing sets. Then they helped us get ads up on all social media platforms (with an emphasis on Instagram and Facebook) with the quality videos. They also managed a budget for us on google targeting specific areas where we wanted to sell our products.

They are a very "goal" focused company. They sat down with us to make sure they set some key metrics we wanted to hit. (like "how many visitors to the site do we need to get, before one of them makes a purchase?") and used those goals to help the project stay on track and allow us to grow.

When we first began with them, they had a smaller team and could not handle as much of the tasks we needed, but luckily they have since grown and have really got good people that are expert in what they do.

We hired Lost Search Media to help us build our website and then handle all of our digital marketing for SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc. We wanted to increase the amount of leads from online sources so that we could discontinue "old fashioned" marketing techniques like trade shows, magazine articles, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred by a close friend who told us of their great experience using lost search to grow their Fishing Charter & Tour Business.

First, we had them build a new website that was modern and optimized for SEO. Then they launched an SEO campaign that is still going to this day. We outrank all of our competitors organically in the area by a landslide, nobody can catch us. A few years in we started a Google Ads campaign to be more competitive statewide and we get an ROAS of about 12-16, we are very pleased with that. They've managed our email marketing through Mailchimp, and helped us with reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.

We worked with an account manager, marketing strategist, and occasionally their VP of Strategy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have a ROAS of around 15 on the Google Ads campaigns. We consistently rank in the #1 or #2 placements on both Google Maps and Google Search results. Social media followers have grown by over 500%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have monthly meetings when we are in season and quarterly strategy meetings as well. They communicate often via email and phone calls when needed. Overall it has been very smooth communication despite some turnover with account managers over the years.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We LOVE that the strategists that we have worked with have all been business owners so they know what we are looking for. They didn't just shove website "statistics" down our throats all the time (like other marketing companies have done), but they constantly coordinate with us to identify how many bookings we have to gauge each marketing campaign's success. marketing campaign.

Hard to pin point anything of significance, it would just feel nit-picky. They are not perfect, small tasks have occasionally slipped through the cracks but they're by far the best marketing company we have worked.
