They followed the Agile methodology of development. The design developed as we went along. We had weekly status meetings, and sometimes have daily correspondence with the project manager. I would say that was a definite strength; they were very easy to communicate with and very reliable. Even though they're in Poland and we're in Norway, it was a very seamless process. We used a work breakdown structure, an overall plan detailing the main activities that were to be performed. They're a very reliable IT company. We took a bit of a leap of faith when we selected a supplier from a different country. There was quite a lot of risk for us to go and spend the amount of money that we did, but Accesto was definitely reliable very quickly.
