First, we created a multi-year vision and a related digital development roadmap. After that, we moved on to implementation, where we built a new digital service together. Siili supported us with UX/UI design, architectural planning, and the actual implementation of the service—from programming to testing. We also received project management support through Siili.

We partnered with Siili to assemble a team capable of architecting and developing an IoT cloud platform, not only to manage data and devices, but to also serve as the hub for the day-to-day operations of the business. They delivered a scalable solution on AWS, complete with development, staging, and production environments, and implemented robust CI/CD pipelines. 
Siili collaborated closely with both our team and our customers to define business objectives, translate them into detailed designs using Figma and Miro, and ultimately bring those designs to life through implementation.

Project management was excellent. They were well organized and tracked everything as well as anyone could. During the project there were many times we had to pivot and go in a different direction, and they were able to stay on track and continue working and delivering.

Prior to actual develipment project, pariticipating in initial planning and cost evaluation for producing response to tender, and continued with further development and support after project.

During project, developed a system for receiving and sending SMS messages, handling end customer billing, reporting tickets to 2 external systems over required APIs, mechanisms to detect suspected ticket fraud, reporting, UI for several end customer helpdesks, provision of receipts of purchases, refund mechanisms, etc. 
Providing several test and actual production environments in cloud environment, and creting tools and models for the permanent maintenance and further development team to carry out their work.

Fulfillment (and in fact, exceeding) of tender requirements, excellent ratings from our mutual Customer company satisfaction during and after development project, personal satisfaction as Product Owner

Project management was especially skilled, helpful, and solution driven. Managed also budget in an excellent way - very highly appreciated help from Product Owner and my companies overall project management point of view!

Despite developers coming from one country, my company residing in another country, and our mutual Customer in a third country, communication worked well. All participants were very professional in learnig new areas of technologies (and even teaching Product Owner to adopt lean development), committed to producing value, and solve unforeseen issues on the fly. The end result is perhaps best testimony: We have run it in production for two years with no downtime!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Siili Solutions could have done differently?

Not really. Every project faces unforeseen challenges (ours, mostly due to delays by external parties), but Siili's attitude to solve them was superb!

The scope of work was to deliver a new API module from scratch that would be a middleware between e-commerce and several end client systems. The developer had overall responsibility for the project, except for the architecture, which was proposed by our architect earlier.

The end client was very satisfied, and we delivered the project successfully. The developer we worked with was great at communication (both internally and with the client) and took a lot of responsibility for the whole project and its successful delivery. Even though he worked for us as a contractor, he behaved like a regular employee who cared about the client and us as a company and proactively thought about how he could help.
