the work was done from scratch, the whole process was mega fast and efficient - compared to previous companies the guys do the work quickly and without the need for corrections. The whole automation testing process is on their side which simplifies the process from my point of view

Very good needs analysis, We didn't know what systems to use to get the effect, Flipico did a great job advising us on a comprehensive solution for our project

I’m the owner of Tiguar, a fitness equipment and accessories manufacturer and trading company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Flipico Agency?

We needed a new website dedicated to an event we were organizing for fitness professionals, such as instructors, personal trainers, and managers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flipico Agency has designed and developed our website from scratch. We already had a website, so they had some initial direction. We also have provided them with access to our marketing materials, such as photographs and videos, and our brand guidelines. The team has used Webflow to build the site. So far, we continue to work with Flipico Agency to improve the website.

We’ve worked with two members of Flipico Agency’s team, including Wojciech, the company's owner, and another developer who has managed the project's development facet and been in contact with my marketing employee.

One of my employees found Flipico Agency online and sent a query to them. We received an offer from the team and started our conversation.

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Flipico Agency has successfully delivered a working website. We’ve started selling tickets for the event. Moreover, we haven’t had any issues with the site’s UX or design, and it hasn’t had any major failures. Our partners have told us that the website looks modern, attractive, and user-friendly.

How did Flipico Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We haven’t had any issues with the budget and received everything we’ve paid for with no extra costs. We’ve experienced some minor delays, but that’s expected, and it was on both sides. We have weekly video calls and communicate via email. Not to mention, we also use ClickUp as a project management tool.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I like working with Wojciech the most. He’s very responsive and has many ideas for solving our problems. He has a positive attitude toward our wishes and is always helpful in fulfilling them. In fact, he also tries to integrate our wishes quickly, even during our video calls. That's been very important. I've never had an experience like that before.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Flipico Agency has a very positive approach. They have adapted to the changes we’ve requested throughout the project, which is a good thing. Moreover, they’ve resolved all issues quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t believe there’s anything Flipico Agency can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear follow-up after every conversation. This way, both sides will be sure that everything is understood properly. Write down everything that’s mentioned in the conversation so that everybody knows what to do and when to do it. This will speed up your process.

The very fact that the website looks the way it does and works is proof that the project was a success.

Some things took longer than planned, but ultimately to my benefit because the result was better than expected. As for the team itself, they really care about the client's needs and have often met expectations just so that I was ultimately satisfied with the cooperation.

That nothing is impossible to do. You can see that what they do is their passion, and they know what they are doing. Contact with the client is exemplary.

55 local manufacturers in the first year. The number of user visits in the first year was over 33 thousand. A great foundation was created for our company to publish ads.

Flipico Agency delivered everything on time, even ahead of time. Very good contact. Ready to make the desired changes. They are still technically supervising the project.

Flipico is able to deliver projects much faster compared to companies using traditional programming methods. And as we all know, time = money.
