Our site runs smoother now, pages load faster, and some old issues finally got fixed. We also saw improvements in search visibility and overall performance. The team got through a lot of our backlog, which helped us move forward again.

The platform is focused on managing services and products. It’s basically a CRM that allows users to sell services and products through their website and manage everything around it. The platform is intended for the food and beverage industry, with particular attention to the wine industry.

For the design, the team has used Figma. For the backend, they’ve used Node.js, and for the frontend, they’ve used React. The team also provides maintenance services and will implement additional features.

We don’t have any objective metrics about Webview’s success, but the feedback is absolutely positive. The team offers great value for money. They have solid competencies, are quick, and provide high-quality services. I would definitely recommend them.

We communicate constantly, and the project management has been great. I've spent most of my time with the project manager during the project.

Moreover, Webview's team has met deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicate in a more informal way, and it has been as effective as a more structured way to handle the project. We use WhatsApp, Google Meet, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Webview’s convenience has been impressive. The team offers unmatched value for money, and it’s easy to work with them. We just have to provide the idea, and they can translate it into design and then into code. They ask for every concept to be clear to them, so it has been easy and effective to work with them.

We haven’t used any project management tools so far. It isn’t a problem for me, since I’m the only person on the project, and it isn’t too big. I don’t know if Webview uses tools for bigger projects, but it isn’t something that’s required in my case.

They interviewed me and some key team members, asked insightful questions, and had us put together a mood board with keywords to help define our branding direction. They gave us three distinct branding concepts to choose from, each with a unique feel, and once we picked the one that fit best, their design team took over.

What really stood out was how closely they worked with us throughout the process. They constantly refined the work based on our feedback, making sure every detail, colors, typography, overall feel, fit exactly what we envisioned. After finalizing the brand, we moved to web development, where they took everything we’d built and translated it into an interactive, polished website that truly reflected our mission.

The project was a WordPress website. We had a third-party booking system, but it was quite basic overall.

Webview helped us to decide on a new framework (Node JS), worked with us to build a new site map, created design examples for us to discuss and decide on and then ultimately went on to develop the new website for us.

We are still in the process of measuring the key outcomes of the project such as site traffic and conversion, however, we have a lot of anecdotal evidence that the project has been a success including customer and stakeholder feedback.

Early on the project, we had meetings with Kevin and other key members of our internal team to keep on top of the project and what was needed at what stage.
