I'm the co-owner of the real estate company located in Wroclaw, Poland. I'm responsible for contact with our clients and growth of our company. I mange all of our real estates.

For what projects/services did your company hire Softroids, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create an internal web app for our employees to improve communication and customers management. Our main goal was to create an easy and intuitive platform which fits our needs.

We heard about Softroids from our business partners. We found a website and we filled out a contact form. We talked a lot about the project and they understood our needs very well. The estimate was clear and well prepared.

First we send a message via contact form. They answered quickly and we set up a meeting on Google Meets. They gave us a lot of great advices and ideas. After that they prepared system architecture and screens and they showed it to our employees to check if it was comfortable for them. They applied employee’s suggestions and started app development. We had meetings once a week where the team showed us progress.

The main point of contact was Pawel - the co-owner of Softroids. We also have few meetings with developers and graphic designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Every stage of the project was delivered on time. At the end they prepared a tutorial for our employees which was very helpful. App improved communication and our customers management.

Communication with the Softroids was quick! We used WhatsApp to communicate and it was very comfortable for us (we requested it). Pawel is always positive and optimistic. We had meetings once a week when they update us about progress. We were informed about every stage of work, which was very important for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are 100% focused on us - at least we felt like that. They always answered our questions quickly, gave us general advices (not only IT advices). They have a smart team who understands our business needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It’s hard to say what they could improve. We are really satisfied with cooperation with them.

I am the manager of the Wrocław Ophthalmology Center, offering our patients comprehensive medical care in ophthalmology. WCO provides services in the field of diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. We deal with the treatment of cataracts, glaucoma and laser vision correction.

For what projects/services did your company hire Softroids, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a mobile application to support our patients. We planned that the app would inform our patients on everything they need to know starting from the preparation for a given procedure ending at post-procedure care. Additionally, the app will clearly inform the patient about the type of drops they should be using and how frequently they should apply them in a day

We found Softroids on the internet. They answered very quickly! They are based in the same city - Wrocław. We liked their offer and met them at our headquarters. After talking with them, we chose Softroids because they were very creative, proactive and helpful. They have an impressive portfolio of projects, the look of the applications they create is modern and we had amazing contact with them.

We had a one phone meeting and we set up a face to face meeting in our clinic. After the meeting and brainstorming, they prepared drafts of the screens for the mobile app. We accepted them and they started to develop our app. They informed us about each stage of the work. They answered very, very quickly - it’s rare in other companies.

They sent us test versions of the app, so we saw the effects during development. After that the first version of the Android and iOS application was finished. Before the final release of the application, tests were conducted. If necessary, Softroids was always in touch by email and phone.

The main point of contact was Artur - the co-owner of Softroids. He was the only one we contacted, and he passed the information on to the development team.

The application was delivered on time. We tested it in our clinic. We have gathered positive feedback from our patients regarding the performance WCO application

The collaboration with Softroids was AMAZING. Communication with the co-founder of Softroids was very, very easy. He has a lot of positive energy. Updates on the progress of the work were provided on a regular basis. Everything was delivered on time. The version of the application was released frequently, so we had a chance to test it. We were informed about all the steps of the application development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think that the most unique thing was really easy and fast contact with Softroids. They understood that we’re not technical people and they explained everything to us. They proposed solutions in our application and immediately understood the business needs we have. They developed a plan to implement the application very quickly. In addition, they showed a very strong commitment to the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were 100% satisfied with the collaboration and have no comments to make to improve.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of First Impression dating app. (I also work full time in customer service for one of the company. My industry isn't connected in any way with my project what was additional challenge for Softroids because they had to put a lots effort in explanation everything for me. They taught me and explained the whole process of building applications from scratch as its my first this kind of project. Considering that I work full-time for another company, which slowed down the whole process because I couldn't be that accessible, softroids showed great understanding. )

I hired company Softroids to create the dating app for Android from scratch in two languages and develop website for this app.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to develop an application that stands out with new features in the dating world and save some time for busy singles by introducing new dating way in my project First Impression. My main aim was to create a dating app to let people hear the voices, and see the faces of potential date, app which makes sure everyone has equal chances of finding a new partner. App will reduce the number of empty profiles, user information, low quality photos to minimum.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Softroids website by browsing in Google. I was immediately interested in partnering with them, and sent out a query. They responded in late evening at the same day, then we met to discuss details of this project.

After that we communicate by phone calls and emails they response is always incredibly quick. Before I decided to cooperate with Softroids I talked to several companies that charged quite big fees for estimate project price. Then I found a Softroids company that I felt is fully involved and I felt that my project is just as important to them as it is to me.

Their team did all of the graphic, coding, and integrations. They created a multi-functional dating app that includes a users profiles( with photos, videos, information about them, chat between users, smart matchmaking engine, possibility to make a purchases in app and more features.

They created also website connected with app and admin panel. I could say we work together on this project they came up with some ideas and the same me. They used to give me some different solution for fix an issue to pick the most I like or is more suitable to my vision. Their smooth workflow and friendly staff are what make easy work with Softroids a treat to collaborate with. I had opportunity to meet with one of the Softroids team member in person. I informed him about all my project details and my expectations. After this meeting I had very positive feelings about this company and they did not disappoint me.

I’ve been working directly with Co-founder / CEO. Since we have started collaborate their team increase to two new people.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are just in the process of launching as I type this review. I will be more than happy to update this review when we have some more success on our account. Softroids delivered fully functional app, so I think now this is part of my team work to do and make this app successful. Delivered app reached all my expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. They did a great job of communicating with any message being responded to generally within an hour or even they responded instantly. The application First Impression was made in 7 stages, after each completed stage I had time to test the application. Softroids always reliably and quickly corrected everything I asked for. They kept me updated with all changes and about the whole development of the application.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was responsive and made the entire process seamless. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to development costs in the United Kingdom or even in Poland where company Softroids is based. I was a little worried at the beginning about what quality of work to expect, but my concerns were alleviated quickly. When they sent the first stage of project which was very professional if I could come back to the past I would definitely choose this company again. I could notice 110% commitment of Softroids team and everything exceptionally well done.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing comes up to my minds right now but if I notice something I am going to inform Softroids what improvements they could develop in their work.

We wanted to create an application for managing documents internally throughout the organization. The application was to be for internal use only for selected people. The system was to speed up the circulation of documents between employees.

We looked for an experienced partner in web development. After weighing our alternatives, we selected Softroids since, based on their prior work, capabilities, and price, it appeared to be the best option.

After contact via email They responded swiftly, and we scheduled a meeting online. They provided us with several helpful suggestions and ideas. They then produced system architecture, mockup screens and displayed them to our personnel to see whether they were comfortable with it. They took staff recommendations and began app development. We held weekly meetings where the team demonstrated us their progress.

Artur, Softroids' co-owner (Project Manager), was the main point of contact. We also meet with two engineers and a graphic designer on occasion.

The application was developed according to technical requirements and on time. The first information from users was collected very quickly and improvements were made based on it.

We had meetings once a week during which we could see the progress of the project. We communicated by email and phone. The method of communication was chosen at our request. If necessary, the Project Manager was very flexible about the timing of the meetings. All our comments on the project were taken into account.

Softroids was very active during the meetings, and they explained a lot of things to us. They helped come up with a solution and suggested functionalities. The meetings were always in a good atmosphere, and we established a partnership.

We work well together. There are no improvements required.

Our objective was to find a developer who could help us build our iOS and Android apps to record working time in a team or company with unique QR codes and get them launched in app stores.

We wanted the mobile app to be easy to use and user friendly.
