In the second project, we needed a full managed team to help us in development of a web platform for an enterprise client to streamline the management of their retail outlets' supply chain and integrated our data solution to improve their efficiency and reduce the costs of their operations.

iMakeable delivered complex solutions for both projects on time and within budget and played a crucial role in leading the project with the second client. Their management expertise helped us avoid numerous potential issues during the project delivery.

In the first project, iMakeable developed features enabling tenants to pay their rent and bills directly through our client application. They simplified the accounting process, reduced costs, fixed numerous bugs, and prevented future issues by automating tests and optimizing cloud server expenses. In the second project, they helped us to improve the conversion rate and introduced a self-service solution in our clients’ platform that increased their total sales by a substantial amount.

We approached iMakeable to construct a proof-of-concept application to explore achievable improvements in meeting our goals and enhancing the customer experience on our platform. A key part of this was to reduce the time required for our team to complete specific tasks (subject to NDA). 
Following the successful development of the PoC, we decided to work with iMakeable on building a more advanced application. This solution would serve as both a foundation and a source of information for our futureprojects, aiming to introduce new features.

We have cut the time required for our team of more than 5 people to prepare the deliverables by 80% - from 1.5-2 hours to no more than 15 minutes per task. This improvement will allow us to develop the planned features that will make our platform the most technologically advanced real estate solution in Poland.

We had a brief idea of what we wanted to do and consulted with the iMakeable team. We started our work with Discovery Workshops, during which they helped us define our requirements in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand way. 

They built a system for us that allows the creation and editing of documents, and the management of regulatory acts and user workflows. It was integrated with the newsletter system we had been using, to manage the details of email sending and minimize the development cost.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Depending on the specific case, preparing the newsletter and the related regulatory acts used to take us 6-8 hours. With the solution provided by iMakeable, we can now do this in less than 60 minutes and have access to more options that we use every day. We found one bug in the application that they fixed in one day, but it works perfectly now.

iMakeable has provided staff to expand our development team. Specifically, they helped us execute a project for an e-commerce customer in the Netherlands. The tool they executed work on was an AI-driven e-commerce recommendation tool that connected customers to products.

For the development, iMakeable used React.js and TypeScript. iMakeable utilized the base we had already developed to inform their development processes.

The relationship manager has regular contact with us — they ensure that all parties involved are satisfied with the project. This communication gives us a lot of transparency on their vision and situation. It also allows us to provide feedback.

We have managed to fix all the reported bugs and issues together. At this moment, our platform is used by over 20 car dealerships in Poland and number is growing.
