We have a lot of complicated processes, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable handing them over to just anyone. For example, one of their developers, David, is genuinely interested in the engineering disciplines part of the work. He’s not coming in to write code that he doesn’t understand the subject matter behind. Like I said, we have complicated business practices, and Simple Thread’s resources are willing to invest time to understand them, which translates to better outcomes for us.
