5.0 Aug 26, 2020When things go wrong and it isn’t on his side, he just goes in and shows us how to do it. He might come into the office to show us and he could bill us for that, but he doesn’t. Show him everything. Initially, I had a plan of what I wanted to have done, but instead of just showing him the plan, I decided to show him the whole process of how we work. That way he has a full understanding of how to do it instead of being like a robot and just fixing the one thing that I thought.
