Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the COO of Fastlane which is the Low/No-code division of Power Shifter. I am also Partner, Client Strategy for Power Shifter, a service design and digital product studio headquartered in Vancouver, Canada with clients in all verticals across North America.

Power Shifter hired Wandke for the services of Accessibility Consulting when working with our ICBC client on their .com website.

How did you select this vendor?

Through a Power Shifter team member referral who had worked with Wandke in the past.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was about 3 months in length. Wandke was required to review ICBC's .com website and provide Power Shifter observations and recommendations on what should be updated in order to achieve a higher Accessibility standard for the website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with three team members, including the Founder and two strategists/consultants.
