I’m an account manager at Neurotree. We connect people with licensed clinicians for mental health, neurodiverse conditions, trauma, PTSD, and chronic pain management via telehealth and in-person care.

What challenge were you trying to address with softstack?

We needed help with securing patient data sharing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

softstack developed smart contracts from scratch. They also developed and audited consent and access control, which we could grant and revoke via wallet signatures. They also created immutable audit logs.
Moreover, softstack created a data vault using IPFS and Ethereum/Polygon for encrypted off-chain storage. They also used ZK-proofs for selective disclosure.Finally, the team integrated API hooks to our neuroTree EHR. Patients could approve shares, and providers could query via DID.

softstack’s work reduced our admin time by 70%. We also had no breaches, and patient royalties were verifiable on the blockchain ledger.
