When Kevin from LeaderShyft established a financial plan and organization chart for my company, several high-level outcomes emerge.

Firstly, I achieved greater financial clarity and strategic direction, allowing for informed decision-making and resource allocation. This planning helps identify potential risks and opportunities, ensuring the company is well-prepared for future challenges.

Secondly, an organization chart provided a clear structure and delineation of roles, enhancing communication and efficiency within the team. It fosters accountability and aligns everyone towards common goals.

Lastly, these tools collectively improved investor confidence and drive sustainable growth by ensuring that both financial and human resources are optimally utilized.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic when it came to delivering the project. He went out of his way to make adjustments and ensure everything fit into my busy schedule, which made a huge difference for me. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out throughout our interactions. 
I genuinely felt heard and understood at every stage, which you don't always get. By the end of the project, I had everything I needed and felt completely satisfied with how smoothly everything went.

I had no idea what I would gain from this project. Delving into this detailed examination of my company was not easy for me. What impressed me most about LeaderShyft was how casual and comfortable they made me feel immediately. Kevin has a unique ability to explore areas that make most people uncomfortable while ensuring you feel safe.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Leadershyft could have done differently?

I haven't utilized Kevin enough to determine if improvements are needed. I plan to use Leadershyft's services again soon. If I reach that point, I'll update this section.
