Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a director at Web Interactive, a digital solutions company. We offer various digital solutions for web development, app development, and digital payment integration.

What challenge were you trying to address with Parlmont Enterprises?

We wanted to expand our operations, especially in terms of human resources and the various locations we wanted to reach. We needed a partner to help us fund our project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Parlmont came in to be our strategic partner. They offer consultation services on how best to align our expansion and operations with our business plans. We’ve discussed what we're going to do and how we're going to spend the money. Alongside the Parlmont team, we’ve conducted some restructuring of our previous, more traditional strategies. 

Furthermore, they've given us the funding to expand our office space and employ more staff. Basically, they’ve brought in capital for us to grow, which we will repay them over time. We have two years to pay for the fund, and they also offered a grace period of six months. We are currently in the middle of expanding our business using a step-by-step process.

What is the team composition?

I work with three teammates: a fund manager, a lead consultant, and a business development consultant. The business development consultant was the one who approached us and acted as our liaison.  

How did you come to work with Parlmont Enterprises?

Someone referred them to us, so we did some background research. We reached out to Parlmont, and they offered the lowest interest rate. They also didn’t ask for a security deposit, so we agreed to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We signed an NDA, so we aren’t allowed to disclose that information.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everyone on our team has noticed a difference, and we are all so happy. Even though we aren’t finished with our expansion, we can already see some impact. The team’s help has created a ripple effect that has allowed us to offer more services to more clients. We’ve been reaching more targets than we have in recent history.

How did Parlmont Enterprises perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very responsive. There is a clear channel and flow when it comes to our communications. For that, we use WhatsApp, Skype, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Parlmont is highly reliable. It was relatively easy to gain access to the funding because the requirements were not ridiculous. We’re really impressed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to get their name out to their target market. They’re a great company, but they should concentrate on making a name for themselves.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You cannot go wrong with Parlmont. It’s a necessity to work with such companies who are reliable.

I am the CEO of Ilani Concepts. A digital agency based in Nairobi, Kenya that has grown to be one of the leading agencies both in Kenya and East Africa.

Our main goal was to expand to new markets across Kenya and East Africa as a whole.

We have been able to set a footprint already in 3 countries, with our revenue share has increased by 23.7%
