Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and CEO of a management consulting firm. We help clients develop digital projects using agile methodology.

For what projects/services did your company hire Saburly?

We engaged Saburly to consult on UX design and software architecture for a third-party client’s software project.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve the system’s frontend and data entry functions. We also wanted to consult an expert team on information security.

How did you select this vendor?

We received agency recommendations from another organization. During our vendor selection process—which involved a design sprint—Saburly offered the best solution for a prototype and addressing security risks. 

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

After developing a prototype, Saburly created mockups of the system. Their UX designers worked with our development team to build and implement the system’s official version. Saburly also analyzed the system architecture, find risky elements, and recommend ways to improve them.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a few people who served on one of our two development teams.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The system was successfully completed and delivered to our client—a government agency. We’re thrilled with Saburly’s work.

Saburly ran a smooth project from start to finish. They meshed perfectly with our Scrum and Agile environment and delivered the project on time and within budget. We communicated via Trello, Jira, and Slack.
