After the assessment by Experience Innovation there was a phenomenal buy-in from the staff directly or indirectly involved in solid waste management which we accredit to the cultural sensitivity that the Experience Innovation staff had in assessing and planning the work.

The process was very incremental and adaptive to situation. Experience Innovation were very patient when people did not deliver and adjusted their planning accordingly. Despite some setbacks all the outcomes were delivered in a timely manner.

We were pleased with their cultural awareness, flexibility, and time management. Many consultants we hire require a lot of time from us for all the information they require making managing them almost a job in itself. With Experience Innovation we never found this to be the case. They actually took a lot of burden from our shoulders and kept information sessions with management to the strict minimum.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Experience Innovation Consulting could have done differently?
Despite looking critical at the work done by Experience Innovation I cannot find any recommendations in which their assignment could have be done any better. We would hire Experience Innovation back in a heartbeat.

We knew of Alex because of work we'd done with him in past roles, and his knowledge and expertise made it a no brainer to select him as our vendor for this work.

We participated in two workshops via Zoom with the principal consultant. These workshops focused on identifying our business' unique value proposition as well as our customer persona.
We also determined our business' mission and vision statements, and went through incredible detail in completing a business model canvas.
There is also a follow up meeting in about a month and half where we will be able to go over any outstanding items relating to branding, and get further direction if required.

We worked directly with the principal consultant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our brand has been solidly developed. With the help of our consultant, we better understand our business, our ideal customers, and our value proposition. We know what we need to do in order to move our business forward!

We had two meetings, each a week apart, with a third meeting set for about two months later as a follow-up. The consultant was timely in following up on any action items he said he would, always within 24 hours.
For items requiring action on our end, we would complete them and send to the consultant via email prior to the meetings.

Their commitment to working in tandem with us to develop our brand. We always felt included in the process and that our input was valued.

They make things that seem ominous to me into something that could be very tactical. In a growing organization, having someone with that competence and mindset is extremely valuable.
I also appreciate how quickly they’re able to understand and execute our instructions, which goes a long way and saves us a lot of time. If we could afford to have them in-house, we would.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if they could create materials that could be distributed to their clients. Having a document that details how to use a particular tool moving forward would be a great takeaway item just so we aren’t as reliant on his time.

Make sure to have your needs and goals honed in because if you come to them with a clear description of what your problem is, they will 100% figure everything out for you.

2. Document all processes and relevant Data Flow information executed by the departments and lines of business engaged in campaign development, launch, or measurement. Format and process language options include Flowchart and BPMN 2.0. All documentation will be captured using Lucid Chart.
3. Develop and support the release and adoption of all custom Asana workflows for the departments and lines of business listed in the summary while providing adequate documentation and support to the internal Business Asana Champion to manage the solution moving forward.
